Introducing a new and intensive 1-day workshop with me Jim Bright.  This workshop is designed for career counsellors, coaches, Human Resources staff and Rehabilitation professionals working with people of all ages in transition – students, graduates, staff and clients.

Meeting the challenges of a changing world

This workshop is STRICTLY LIMITED to SIX attendees to ensure a highly personalised and intensive learning experience.

Training will be provided in the use of THREE new careers resources that assist professionals to help clients address the creative challenges of a continually changing world.  There will be opportunities to practice using the tools with feedback provided.

Change Perception Index – an online powerful tool that provides feedback on an individual’s characteristic way of dealing with change

Luck Readiness Index – an online tool that profiles a person’s opportunity awareness and resilience

Creative Thinking Strategy Cards – an innovative card sort that assists individuals and teams develop creative strategies for challenges.

The training all occurs in a small group format at my premises in James Morrison’s Recording Studio on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. There will be opportunities to practice using the tools and to get feedback on their use.

Cost is $400+GST per person for attendance with training notes, or $600+GST for attendance and a full set of Creative Thinking Strategies plus 25 free administrations of the Change Perception Index and Luck Readiness Index.
